Hotel Spa Shalam - Coatepec (Veracruz)

The accommodation had a nice balcony which was perfect for having a coffee and smoking. the room was cozy and comfortable. the location was suitable, and the ambiance was pleasant.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! The best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness of the room, the helpfulness of the staff, and the hotel facilities. Our room was always very clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were always willing to assist us with anything we needed, from recommendations for transportation to delicious local restaurants. the hotel facilities were great, including a lovely balcony outside our room where we could enjoy a coffee and a smoke.

The balcony in our room was really convenient for smoking and enjoying a coffee during our stay. the coziness of the room was quite nice. The location of the hotel was also extremely convenient for us, close to many shops and restaurants.

This made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, something that should never be experienced by any guests. Although the staff acted quickly upon our complaint, this negative experience still left a sour taste in our mouths and ultimately affected our overall holiday experience.

It was the perfect spot to start our mornings with a coffee or to end our nights with a smoke. We also really appreciated the cozy room that made us feel at home. the location couldn't be more ideal for Easter celebrations, with lots of nearby activities and events to enjoy.

On arrival we were greeted by rowdy drunks outside the hotel who made us feel uneasy. They were hollering aggressively at passersby and it was a stressful experience.
